Hair Extensions Consultation

Service Description

✨PLEASE BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION WITH THE STYLIST THAT YOU WANT TO BOOK YOUR INSTALL WITH! Book this service to consult with us about your hair Extensions goals. Consultations must be booked at least one day prior to your service. During your consultation, your stylist will go over your hair history, and ask a series of questions to determine if you will be a good candidate for the service you desire. Consultations stay on file for 30 days. After 30 days, your consultation fee will not go towards your appointment. The online deposit fee will go towards your service. Please add the service you are interested in into the notes of your appointment. (ie. Keratin Strips, iTips, Micro Links, Clip Ins)

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, send us a text to 770.851.8994. Be sure to include your first & last name, your appointment time and any additional details you would like us to know. Due to the demanding nature of our schedule, we are unable to reschedule appointments less than 5 days prior to your appointment date. In the case that you need to reschedule your appointment less than 5 days prior, we will have to cancel your scheduled appointment and schedule new appointment resulting in you forfeiting your deposit. All deposits are transferable but are not refundable. To transfer your deposit to a new appointment, you must reschedule your appointment at least 5 days prior to your appointment date. In addition, your new appointment must be made at the same moment you you reschedule your appointment for your deposit to be successfully transferred.
