Custom Color

Service Description

Unfortunately due to our limited schedule, we are not offering custom color on real hair at the moment. We can color your extensions however, the following stipulations apply: 1) You must email us at least 1 week prior to your appointment with the subject “Hair Color Request” (Hello@TheGregoryBanks.com) 2) You must include the length & texture of the extensions you want colored. 3) You must include pictures & a detailed description of the color you are requesting. 4) You must pay for your hair at least one week prior to your appointment. An invoice will be sent to your email after your request has been processed. You must respond to the request with in 24hrs in order to guarantee we will be able to color your extensions in time for your appointment. 5) We only color hair extensions from KeratinStripExtensions.com 6) Pricing ranges from $35 to $65/ bundle depending on the color requested. *Black color can be done the same day @ $35/ bundle. Please request black color in the notes your your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, send us a text to 770.851.8994. Be sure to include your first & last name, your appointment time and any additional details you would like us to know. Due to the demanding nature of our schedule, we are unable to reschedule appointments less than 5 days prior to your appointment date. In the case that you need to reschedule your appointment less than 5 days prior, we will have to cancel your scheduled appointment and schedule new appointment resulting in you forfeiting your deposit. All deposits are transferable but are not refundable. To transfer your deposit to a new appointment, you must reschedule your appointment at least 5 days prior to your appointment date. In addition, your new appointment must be made at the same moment you you reschedule your appointment for your deposit to be successfully transferred.
