KSE Tape-In Install (hair not included)
Service Description
This service includes: • A botanical, sulfate free, shampoo and deep conditioning treatment. • A healthy heat blow dry session. • Silk Press & trim (if needed) • KSE install of up to 80 pieces • Blend in cut with Japanese steel sheers • Your instal beautifully styled with waves or curls. (This service does not include KSE removal) Be sure your tape extensions are washed, dried and detangled when you arrive to your appointment. If you are reusing your tape in be sure that you have removed the old tape & replaced it with new tape. Retapping your tape in extensions is a separate service and we require you to bring in your extensions at least one week prior to your appointment day to give us time to compete this process. Please text us to arrange a “Re Tape” (770.851.8994) Consultations are mandatory because although most clients will be a candidate for this service, some will not. Maintenance Policy: This install last 6-10 weeks with proper maintenance. We recommend that you visit The Gregory Banks Salon bi-weekly for your maintenance appointments for the best results. If you fail to or are unable to come in for your maintenance appointment, we are unable to guarantee the quality or the amount of time the install will last. By booking this appointment and paying your deposit you are acknowledging that you fully understand our maintenance policy. Removal Policy: It is imperative that your extensions are removed properly. Your extensions should be removed by your stylist at The Gregory Banks Salon using the Keratin Strip Remover solution. By booking this appointment and paying your deposit, you are acknowledging that you fully understand our removal policy. The Gregory Banks Salon will not be be held responsible for damage of any type due to improper maintenance or improper removal of hair extensions. We only install hair extensions from our show room.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, send us a text to 770.851.8994. Be sure to include your first & last name, your appointment time and any additional details you would like us to know. Due to the demanding nature of our schedule, we are unable to reschedule appointments less than 5 days prior to your appointment date. In the case that you need to reschedule your appointment less than 5 days prior, we will have to cancel your scheduled appointment and schedule new appointment resulting in you forfeiting your deposit. All deposits are transferable but are not refundable. To transfer your deposit to a new appointment, you must reschedule your appointment at least 5 days prior to your appointment date. In addition, your new appointment must be made at the same moment you you reschedule your appointment for your deposit to be successfully transferred.
