Service Description
Maintain the beauty of your extensions while caring for the natural hair and scalp between installations. Designed for Microlink and Butterfly Weft extensions, this service includes a thorough cleanse of the natural hair, scalp and extensions, customized professional conditioning based on your hair’s current needs, and 5–10 minutes of steam therapy. Your natural hair and extensions are thoroughly dried before your installation is refreshed and professionally styled. YOUR SERVICE INCLUDES • Scalp, natural hair + extension cleanse • Customized professional conditioning • 5–10 minutes of steam therapy • Thorough drying • Extension maintenance + refresh • Finished styling Does your installation need to be moved up? Add a Track Move-Up to your appointment. This allows additional time to reposition your extensions as your natural hair grows. Premium healthy-hair treatments may also be added when appropriate for additional targeted care. Maintenance is recommended every 2 weeks to properly cleanse and care for the natural hair, scalp and extensions. As the natural hair grows, a Track Move- Up is recommended approximately every 4 weeks to reposition the installation and maintain proper placement. Service duration times may vary.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. When rescheduled within this timeframe, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Changes made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. However, because appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, the cancellation and rescheduling policy applies regardless of circumstance. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Gregory Banks and should not be expected or guaranteed. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. Arrivals 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may need to be rescheduled. If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, your service may be worked around the remaining schedule and may result in an extended wait. Arrivals of 30 minutes or more may be subject to a $50 late fee at our discretion. SERVICE CHANGES Appointment time is reserved based on all services and add-ons selected when booking. Removing services or add-ons on the day of your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Requests to add or substantially change services on the appointment day cannot be guaranteed. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require additional payment and/or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved. PAYMENTS Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. Available payment and financing options will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Gregory Banks does not retain your card information on file. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable booking and cancellation policies.
