Service Description
The Signature Sew-In — Hair Included combines our signature sew-in experience with premium natural wavy hair provided for you—creating a seamless, convenient extension experience from start to finish. Designed with both your finished look and the health of your natural hair in mind, your appointment begins with a thorough cleanse followed by professional conditioning selected according to your hair’s current needs and 5–10 minutes of steam therapy. Your natural hair is then thoroughly dried and prepared for a secure, comfortable braid foundation. Your premium natural wavy extensions are professionally installed, blended and styled for a seamless finish with beautiful movement and a natural appearance. YOUR SERVICE INCLUDES • Premium natural wavy hair in your selected length package • Thorough cleanse • Professional conditioning selected for your hair’s needs • 5–10 minutes of steam therapy • Blow-dry + braid foundation • Signature Sew-In installation • Extension blending • Finished styling Select your desired hair package when booking. Hair quantity has been carefully selected according to length to create an appropriate finished density. For clients who prefer additional fullness, an additional bundle may be added to your appointment. SERVICE DURATION Appointment duration may vary depending on hair density, length, condition, selected add-ons and the desired finished style. Please allow adequate time for your complete service experience. PLEASE NOTE This service currently includes Natural Wavy hair only. Hair availability is subject to current inventory. Additional services, including removal, premium treatments, cuts and additional fullness, must be selected when booking so adequate appointment time can be reserved.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Because Gregory Banks reserves extended appointment times and services one client at a time, we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 5 days before the scheduled start time. When rescheduled within this timeframe, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Changes made less than 5 days before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. However, because substantial time is reserved specifically for each client and last-minute openings are difficult to refill, the cancellation and rescheduling policy applies regardless of circumstance. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Gregory Banks and should not be expected or guaranteed. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. Arrivals 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may need to be rescheduled. When we are able to accommodate a late arrival, your service may be worked around the remaining schedule and may result in an extended wait. Arrivals of 30 minutes or more may be subject to a $50 late fee at our discretion. SERVICE CHANGES Your appointment time is reserved based on all services and add-ons selected when booking. Please make service changes in advance whenever possible. Removing services or add-ons on the day of your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Requests to add or substantially change services on the appointment day cannot be guaranteed. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require additional payment and/or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved. PAYMENTS Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. Available payment and financing options will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Gregory Banks does not retain your card information on file. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable booking and cancellation policies.
