Service Description
The Signature Quick Weave (Hair Included) is a complete protective styling experience combining healthy hair care, a customized quick weave installation, and premium natural wavy hair provided for your service. Your appointment begins with a thorough cleanse and scalp care, followed by a professional conditioning treatment selected according to the current needs of your hair. Your conditioning service is enhanced with 5–10 minutes of steam to support hydration, softness, and manageability. Your natural hair is then carefully prepared and protected prior to installation. Premium natural wavy hair is provided according to the length selected at booking and installed to create a seamless, natural-looking result. Your finished installation is customized, cut, blended, and styled to complement your desired look. Hair is included with this service. The amount of hair provided varies based on the length selected at booking. Additional bundles are available for clients desiring additional fullness. For clients needing more targeted care, premium healthy hair treatments may be added based on the needs of your natural hair and scalp. Existing extensions must be removed prior to your appointment or the appropriate removal add-on must be selected when booking. K-tip removal is not included and must be booked separately. Please note: Service duration may vary depending on natural hair density, desired style, selected hair length, and additional services booked. Hair included with this service is currently available in Natural Wavy texture.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Because Gregory Banks reserves extended appointment times and services one client at a time, we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 5 days before the scheduled start time. When rescheduled within this timeframe, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Changes made less than 5 days before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. However, because substantial time is reserved specifically for each client and last-minute openings are difficult to refill, the cancellation and rescheduling policy applies regardless of circumstance. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Gregory Banks and should not be expected or guaranteed. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. Arrivals 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may need to be rescheduled. When we are able to accommodate a late arrival, your service may be worked around the remaining schedule and may result in an extended wait. Arrivals of 30 minutes or more may be subject to a $50 late fee at our discretion. SERVICE CHANGES Your appointment time is reserved based on all services and add-ons selected when booking. Please make service changes in advance whenever possible. Removing services or add-ons on the day of your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Requests to add or substantially change services on the appointment day cannot be guaranteed. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require additional payment and/or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved. PAYMENTS Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. Available payment and financing options will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Gregory Banks does not retain your card information on file. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable booking and cancellation policies.
