Service Description
A sleek, polished ponytail designed for a smooth, sculpted finish with added length and fullness. This service includes a professional shampoo and conditioning treatment, blow-dry, flat ironing, smoothing and molding of the natural hair into a secure ponytail, extension application, and finished styling. This style requires 2 bundles. Clients may provide their own hair or add bundles to the appointment during booking. Extensions should be clean, dry, detangled, and ready to use if provided by the client. Additional services such as extension removal, trimming, or premium treatments should be added when needed.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. When rescheduled within this timeframe, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Changes made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. However, because appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, the cancellation and rescheduling policy applies regardless of circumstance. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Gregory Banks and should not be expected or guaranteed. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. Arrivals 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may need to be rescheduled. If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, your service may be worked around the remaining schedule and may result in an extended wait. Arrivals of 30 minutes or more may be subject to a $50 late fee at our discretion. SERVICE CHANGES Appointment time is reserved based on all services and add-ons selected when booking. Removing services or add-ons on the day of your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Requests to add or substantially change services on the appointment day cannot be guaranteed. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require additional payment and/or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved. PAYMENTS Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. Available payment and financing options will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Gregory Banks does not retain your card information on file. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable booking and cancellation policies.
