Service Description

This service includes a 60 pieces (3 Packs) of Keratin Strip Extensions installed, cut & styled. Before booking this service, you must have had a consultation with your stylist! If you have not had your consultation, please book “The Consultation” Consultations are mandatory because although most clients will be a candidate for this service, some will not. Hair is included (16”-22”) Please add the length and texture you want in notes of your appointment:) * Extensions are included in this service (3 packs or 60 pieces of your choice of 16” - 22”. PLEASE BE SURE TO ADD THE LENGTH, TEXTURE & HOW MANY PIECES YOU WANT. IF YOU DO NOT ADD THE EXTENSIONS YOU DESIRE IN THE NOTES, YOU WILL HAVE TO CHOOSE FROM WHAT IS AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. Maintenance Policy: This install last 6-10 weeks with proper maintenance. We recommend that you visit The Gregory Banks Salon bi-weekly for your maintenance appointments for the best results. If you fail to or are unable to come in for your maintenance appointment, we are unable to guarantee the quality or the amount of time the install will last. By booking this appointment and paying your deposit you are acknowledging that you fully understand our maintenance policy. Removal Policy: It is imperative that your extensions are removed properly. Your extensions should be removed by your stylist at The Gregory Banks Salon using the Keratin Strip Remover solution. By booking this appointment and paying your deposit, you are acknowledging that you fully understand our removal policy. The Gregory Banks Salon will not be be held responsible for damage of any type due to improper maintenance or improper removal of hair extensions.

Cancelation Policy

Rescheduling your appointment is now easier than ever. Become a member of our site and log in at anytime to reschedule your appointment. You will have a minimum of 5 days prior to your appointment to reschedule. Due to the demanding nature of our schedule, we are unable to reschedule appointments less than 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment date. In the case that you need to reschedule your appointment less than 5 days prior, we will have to cancel your scheduled appointment and schedule a new appointment resulting in you forfeiting your deposit. To contact us directly to reschedule or cancel your appointment, send us an email with your scheduling preference to "". We will only acknowledge appointment request made via our official email address. All deposits made are transferable but are not refundable. To transfer your deposit to a new appointment, you must properly reschedule your appointment. In addition, your new appointment must be made at the same moment you reschedule your appointment in order transfer your deposit. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 LATE FEE, FOR EVERY 20 MINS YOU ARE LATE PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. YOUR PRIORITY STATUS MAY CHANGE ALSO.
